Also known as charter flights, they do not adhere to regular published schedules. Instead, they are arranged on a case-by-case basis to meet the specific needs of passengers or cargo. 

THE AUTHORIZATION APPLICATION FOR NON- SCHEDULED AIR TRANSPORT SERVICE SHALL CONTAIN THE FOLLOWING
  1. Airline registration form, accompanied by the document appointing legal representative;
  2. Air operator certificate - AOC issued by foreign civil aviation authority;
  3. Operative specifications issued by foreign civil aviation authority;
  4. Information about aircraft, including:
    1. Aircraft insurance certificate;
    2. Information on aircraft covered by agreement under article 83 BIS of the convention on international civil aviation, if applicable and;
    3. Information on aircraft under interchange arrangements, if applicable
  5. Airline should appoint an AVSEC professional recognized by ANAC

The expiry date of the authorization will be based on the expiry date of documents presented. If there are documents with different expiry dates, the closest date shall be considered.

Documents shall be presented at least 10 days before the intended start of operations in Brazil.

Revalidation of expired authorizations occurs upon submission of updated documents.

NOTE

If all required documents are in order, the authorization takes approximately 5 to 10 days to be issued by ANAC.

In case the airline intends to exercise traffic rights beyond 3rd and 4th freedoms, a specific market access request to ANAC may be mandatory and will be analyzed on a case-by-case basis.
